Colette Jewell

Colette Jewell, OTR/L, CHT graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy. Colette has over 20 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist. She passed her CHT (Certified Hand Therapist) testing in 1991. She was the owner of the Visalia Hand Center for 7 years, and then managed the Kaweah Delta Hand Center for 11 years after Kaweah purchased the practice. She prides herself in her extensive knowledge of the entire upper extremity. She has treated thousands of patients and has an intricate knowledge of the Valleys MDs surgical protocols. Other certifications include: CPI (certified Pilates Instructor), ART (active release technique provider), CKP (Certified Kinisiotape Practioner) Professional Memberships include American Occupational Therapy Association, American Society of Hand Therapists and American Association of Surgeons of the Hand.

Kimberly Carter Glick

Kimberly Carter Glick, OTR/L, CHT, CDRS, CAE is a graduate from Colorado State University with a Bachelors of Science, majoring in Occupational Therapy with a minor in Neurophysiology. She has 14 years of experience treating the upper extremity with a variety of diagnosis. After graduating she worked in a privately owned hand clinic for two years and then became a traveling therapist before settling down in Visalia. She worked for Kaweah Delta for the past 10 years, working the last six in the Exeter Hand Clinic and the outpatient departments including the Hand Center and outpatient. She is a guest lecturer for the Occupational Therapy Association of California. She is also a guest instructor at San Jose State University for the past two years, teaching other therapists. She prides herself on friendly, knowledgeable service in a caring and upbeat environment. Memberships include American Occupational therapy Association and the American Society of hand Therapists.

Randi van Dam

Randi van Dam, OTR/L is a graduate from the University of Alberta, Canada with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. She also graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology specializing in the study of Exercise Science. Randi holds Occupational Therapy licenses in both Canada and the USA and has been practicing in California for the last 4 years. Since coming to the USA, Randi has obtained Advanced Practice Certifications in the areas of Hand Therapy, Physical Agent Modalities and Feeding and Swallowing. During that time, Randi has developed a passion for hand therapy and is currently working towards becoming a CHT. Randi has worked in a variety of areas including both inpatient and outpatient settings. These opportunities have given her extensive experience working with a variety of diagnosis and an excellent understanding of how they can affect the upper extremity and function. Associations include American Occupational Therapy Association and Canadian Association of Occupational Therapist.

Yolanda Urbina

Yolanda Urbina, OTR/L graduated from Loma Linda University in Southern California with a Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy (Pediatric Medicine emphasis). After graduation she worked with dual diagnosis children for the State of California Hospital system. Wanting to diversify her skills, she worked in a privately owned hand clinic in the Bay Area for three years, and in a private Physical Therapy owned clinic in New Mexico for a year also doing hand therapy. Upon relocating to the Visalia area 19 years ago, she worked with Colette Jewell at the Visalia Hand Center for 4 years and then at the Kaweah Delta Hand Center for over 15 years. She continues to be on per diem status at Kaweah Delta. Memberships include American Occupational Therapy Association and the Occupational Therapy Association of California.
